How do I place an order online?

Browse through our products by clicking on each image. When you see an item you are interested in purchasing, simply click on the “Add to cart” button to add this item to your shopping cart. You may view your cart at any time on the right-hand side of your screen to review your entire order. Proceed through check-out as directed.

How long can I expect delivery to take?

Your order will be filled promptly (please allow between 3-5 business days for most orders). We will notify you as soon as possible of any delays.

What are my shipping options?

All Mother Trucker Yoga orders are shipped USPS, which can take 5 -10 business days. 

How do I calculate shipping?

All shipping charges are calculated in the shopping cart according to weight.

How can I check the status of my order?

Once the order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation email. If you wish to check on the status of your order, you can call us at (262) 328.1787. from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. CST or email us at info@MotherTruckerYoga.com .We will respond within 24 hours.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover, American Express.

What tax rate are you charging?

If you live in or ship your order to Wisconsin, we must charge you local tax on your purchase at the current rate of 5.6%.

How will I know that my order was accepted?

Once the order has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

How do I place an order offline?

To place an order offline, please make a note of the item number and description of each item you wish to purchase. Then, call (262) 328.1787. to speak to one of our customer service representatives.

What is your return policy?

All Mother Trucker Yoga merchandise purchased online must be returned directly to www.MotherTruckerYoga.com and not to any retail stores. We cannot accept returns for items bought in a retail store or on another website.

We are happy to honor any exchanges/returns as long as:

*The item being exchanged/returned is in new condition and accompanied by the original invoice.

*The new item you wish to exchange for is of equal or greater value than the item being returned.

*Your exchange/return request must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Mother Trucker Yoga wants you to be completely satisfied with your online purchases. If you are not, please email our customer service department at info@MotherTruckerYoga.com or call (262) 328.1787. to obtain a Return Authorization Number. To issue your Return Authorization Number, we will need the following information:

  1. Your email, contact information, and/or fax.
  2. The item number & description of the merchandise being returned/exchanged.
  3. The original invoice number (found at the top of your receipt).

Your Return Authorization Number and the address of where to return the item(s) will be issued via email. (Or by phone if necessary)

Please write this number on your invoice and on the outside of the box.

All items must be unused and returned in the same condition as sent. Once we have approved and received your return, we will process your exchange/refund within seven business days.

How should I ship my return?

You may ship your return as soon as you have received your Return Authorization Number (see above). For your protection, please send all returns via a traceable carrier and in a well-padded box or envelope. We cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer.

What if the merchandise I ordered arrived damaged during shipping?

In cases where merchandise arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly replace the item and take care of all additional shipping charges related to the return. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged package. Make sure to obtain your Return Authorization Number by emailing our customer service department at info@MotherTruckerYoga.com, or calling (262) 328.1787. We cannot process any returns/replacements without this number.

How do I place a new order in an exchange?

Once you receive your return authorization number and exchange credit amount, please return the item along with a note detailing the exchange. Your replacement item(s) will be processed upon receipt.

After receiving your exchange, an email will be sent to confirm your order and the new balance or credit due. This will include any price difference between the exchanged items, possible taxes, and shipping costs. The balance or credit will be issued in the same form it was received.

Your exchange will not be shipped until we have received full payment for this balance.

How do I download the APP?

We are currently available on Android and waiting for approval for Apple.

To download our APP, simply go to the Google Playstore on your mobile device and type the words “Mother Trucker Yoga” into the search bar. Up will pop our APP. Click on it and choose “download” once the APP is downloaded to the mobile device, you can log in and start using the program you purchased off our website.

NOTE: After purchase, you will receive an email (check spam) that goes step-by-step on accessing your content and the APP.

Can I make IN APP purchases?

If you want to purchase any products or services (digital and physical), you must purchase all products OUTSIDE the APP through your web browser.

How Can I Log In?

  1. You can do so AFTER you purchase the membership platform and APP either on our website: https://www.store.mothertruckeryoga.com/my-account/
  2. And after you purchase (through our website only), you can go to the Google Playstore and download the APP for Android (we are waiting on Apple approval).
  3. To login in, you will use your email and password. If you are unsure what your password is or don’t think you set one up, click the option under login to RESET PASSWORD.
  4. These are the SAME credentials you will use to log in on our APP

How do I cancel my subscription to the LIFESTYLE JUMPSTART MEMBERSHIP APP AND PLATFORM?

To cancel your subscription, you must log into your account HERE and go to either the ORDERS tab or SUBSCRIPTIONS and click on one of those tabs, and then you will be able to select the option to cancel your subscription. Users must cancel their OWN subscriptions in their accounts. Emailing MTY will not serve as a cancelation. Users MUST cancel BEFORE the renewal date, or their subscription will renew for the terms they signed up for. MTY does not give refunds for customers forgetting to cancel renewals. If you can purchase it, you can cancel it.

Can I access/view other programs I purchase on the APP?

Yes, you can access ANY programs you purchase on the Mother Trucker Yoga APP. Our APP does not allow any in-APP purchases. Once you purchase your program, you can access your content by

  1. Logging into the APP
  2. Clicking on Courses
  3. Selecting the program you purchased

Can I access other programs I purchased on your website in the APP?

Yes, you can access all our content you purchase on the mobile APP.

  1. Open the Mother Trucker Yoga APP
  2. Make sure you are logged in
  3. Click COURSES
  4. Select the course you purchase and start watching!

Some video names are different in the LIFESTYLE JUMPSTART once the video starts playing.

Yes, we know that, as all good companies do, we continually try to update things and also improve titling some of our videos to better explain what you will see/get. Re-editing the video is time-consuming, expensive, and, well, unnecessary. And this will ultimately make our platform more expensive. So, take a breath because we know what you are seeing, and keep watching because you don’t want to miss out.

I don’t know what my password is. 

If you do not know your password and can’t log in because of that.

  1. Using your web browser, go to our website www.MotherTruckerYoga.com
  2. Select PROGRAMS on our main header tabs options.
  3. Simply go to the MEMBER LOG IN page.
  4. Select “LOST YOUR PASSWORD”
  5. Follow the instructions, and you can create a new password (even if you don’t think you have one) and log in.

Go to the Member login page and choose to reset your password below the login area.

How do I reset my password? 

  1. Select the tab at the Header of our website titled PROGRAMS
  2. Click the MEMBER LOG IN page
  3. Follow the steps by clicking where it says LOST YOUR PASSWORD and follow the prompts.
  4. And email will be sent with a code, and you will have to enter that code and choose a new password.
  5. If you are receiving an error on the APP when trying to log in with your new password, use your web browser and follow the steps above to set a new password.
